A yes or no wheel is a wheel of names with two lines. This page starts with Yes and No already filled in. Press Spin. The pointer stays at the top, the wheel turns, and the word under the pointer is the answer. Each of the two slices has an equal chance, because each line is one entry in the same draw the spin the wheel page uses.
You can edit the words. Maybe belongs on a third line if you want it. A longer pair, such as Stay in and Go out, works the same way. Do not tick remove-the-winner unless you mean to delete the answer you just landed on. With only two lines, deleting one leaves a wheel that can only repeat the other word.
The choice stays in the browser. There is no account, no history, and no claim that a spin is advice. It is a coin flip you can see. The wheel of names and the random name picker are the same program with a longer sample list, for when the question is who rather than yes or no.
Reduced motion skips the spin animation and still chooses a slice at random. The result text is that slice. One spin does not remember the last spin. If you need a record, write the answer down yourself. This site never received it.
