The contact mailbox for FreeToolCrate is not set up. The bold line in the box above is a TODO for the person publishing the site. It is not an email address. Please do not invent one, and do not send personal documents to a name you assumed would work.
When an address is filled in, that is the right place for a wrong grade-point table, a statutory rate that has changed, or a tool that fails in a current browser. A useful note names the page, the numbers you typed, and the official source you compared. Salary questions are not a request for tax advice, and the calculator will keep saying it is an estimate.
There is no support chat and no phone line. The tools do not have accounts to reset. If a page will not load, it is this site, not a separate project for that tool.
